A Dutch student who caused £9,000 of damage when he scrawled ‘divest from fossil fuels now’ across a wall at King’s College London has been ordered to pay back £1,000 in compensation. Sil Liskens, 20, was among around 100 protestors who had attended the university’s reception hall and wrote slogans on the internal walls in February last year.
