Banker cleared of drink driving after court blunder

A wealthy banker who allegedly rode his motorbike while more than two times over the drink-drive limit had his case thrown out of court today (fri) due to a prosecution blunder. Marco Busin, a 25-year-old credit desk analyst for banking giant BNP Paribas, was stopped on his Honda bike driving down Seagrave Road in Fulham on 26 February this year.
