Banker denies leering at woman on the toilet

A Russian banker denied watching a woman as she used the toilets at a railway station. Alexey Ostapchuk, 31, was allegedly caught peering into a cubicle in the ladies loos at Cannon Street station in central London last December 10. He denied observing a person doing a private act when he appeared at Inner London Crown Court.
