Extremist had Anarchist Cookbook

A terror suspect was caught with a ‘large amount of chemicals’ and a copy of the Anarchist Cookbook at his home, a court heard. Warren Sneddon, 44, was arrested last Friday after armed officers attended an address in Longcroft Lane, Welwyn Garden City, Herts.
