First Brit to stand trial on Ukraine terror charges

The first Briton to be charged with terror offences for alleged involvement in the conflict in eastern Ukraine faces trial in March next year. Benjamin Stimson, 41, allegedly fought as a soldier in a Russian-backed militia group against the ‘legitimate Ukrainian government’ after travelling to the country via Moscow.
