Inmate ‘tried to kill two prison officers with shank’

A prisoner was caught on CCTV trying to murder two prison officers by slashing at their necks with an improvised blade, a court heard. Cairo Adams, 21, allegedly tried to kill prison guards David Davis and Andrew Keeler at HMP Norwich after failing to take his medication.
