Knifeman who believes he is ‘King of Saudi Arabia’

A man who believes he is the King of Saudi Arabia has been been spared jail for carrying out a random street attack in London’s West End. Dwight Gaynor, 46, stabbed construction worker Alexandru Probaje with a pair of scissors in broad daylight on 20 June last year, after being refused a cigarette.
