Major security alert after knifeman turns up at Westminster

An Uber driver turned up to the Palace of Westminster with a knife in the pocket of weighted vest which looked like a suicide jacket, a court heard. Nasser Hussein, 32, was arrested on 21 October last year outside Parliament for possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
