‘Parliament intruder gave armed guards the slip’

An intruder broke into the House of Parliament after climbing over a roof and slipping past armed guards, a court heard. Devon Dorrall, 23, is said to have scaled the roof of the Parliamentary Education Centre in broad daylight to get into the grounds on November 30 last year.
