Russell Brand used ‘fame and notoriety’ to assault women

Comedian Russell Brand appeared in court today (tues) accused of using his ‘fame and notoriety’ to commit rape and sexual assault. The 50-year-old comedian and actor faces a charge of rape between 7 February and 1 March 2009 and one of sexual assault between 31 August and 1 December 2009.
