School clerk nicked a fortune

  An administrative officer has admitted stealing nearly £24,000 from a primary school and a nursery. Chenelle Joseph-Thomas, 37, swindled £11,590.54 from St George’s Church of England primary school in Battersea, southwest London in a five month scam. Joseph-Thomas then took up a post at the Golborne and Maxilla Children Centre in Ladbroke Grove, west London, and swiped £12,357.93 from the nursery.
