Victoria Station ‘upskirter’ in court

A commuter crouched underneath a woman at a busy Tube station and took a photograph of her knickers, a court heard. Hiroshi Yuasa, 38, was caught with a number of ‘upskirt’ images and videos of women’s underwear on his mobile phone, it is claimed.
