Hairdresser who defecated on train ‘had health problems’

A hairdresser claimed he may have suffered a stroke before he took off his clothes and defecated on a busy commuter train, a court heard. Malcolm Hines, 58, was on the Greater Anglia service from Southend, Essex, after visiting his 104-year-old mother when he allegedly began to undress in front of passengers.
