Nurse cleared of groping ‘hallucinating’ patient

A nurse has been cleared of groping a patient after a misconduct panel heard the drugs used to anaesthetise the woman caused her to hallucinate. Laurel Nepomuceno was accused of assaulting the patient as she recovered from surgery at University Hospital Coventry, in November 2013.
