Saudi couple ‘poisoned child with insulin’

A Saudi Arabian couple poisoned a young child with insulin while the youngster was being treated for feeding problems, a court heard. Mohammed Asiri, 38, and wife Amal Asiri, 29, allegedly administered the medication to the child at the Evelina Children’s Hospital, part of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
