18 months for shop brawl

A gang member caught wielding a gun in a sock during a ‘pitched battle’ in a shop was jailed for 18 months. The confrontation involving five young men at A&S in Wood Green, north London, was only broken up after a shopkeeper ‘heroically’ intervened, jurors were told.
