‘Killer lived with dead body for weeks’

An alleged killer lived alongside the corpse of a woman he throttled for more than a month, a court heard. Kristian Smith, 41, allegedly murdered 52-year-old Antoinette Donnegan at a flat in Este Road, Wandsworth, southwest London. Prosecutors claim she was killed on either 1 or 2 February this year but her body was not was discovered until March 7.
