A Jamaican painter and decorator told a court how

A Jamaican painter and decorator told a court how a woman rubbed his penis against her clitoris after he whipped off his string vest for sex.

Lloyd Buckley, 30, said that he had promised the woman he would help re-decorate her home.

But after he had played football for four hours with his mates it was too late for DIY, he told Blackfriars Crown Court.

He phoned the 34-year-old her but she still wanted him to visit her, the court heard.

Speaking through a patois interpreter, Buckley told how he went to her home and they chatted in the living room.

‘She took off my string vest and I make love to her.

She was winding,’ he said.

The interpreter was called to explain further unintelligible remarks from Buckley.

‘In the process of lovemaking, she was taking off her t-shirt, he took off his t-shirt, and he was sucking her breasts,’ the interpreter said.

‘She at this point starts to remove his trousers, and he assists her by his movements.

‘

Buckley told the court that the woman had no knickers and no bra underneath her tracksuit bottoms that were splattered with paint.

‘While I was sucking her breasts she started to play with me, and rubbed my penis,’ he said.

‘While me playing with her, me started rubbing her clitoris, and me enter her.

‘

Explaining further remarks, the interpreter said:
‘She held his penis against her clitoris.

‘She was rubbing it there and he eventually entered her, by putting his penis inside her vagina.

‘Sexual intercourse then took place,’ the translator said.

Asked by his counsel if he ejaculated, Buckley said:
‘While we were having sex, she turned to me and said, me don’t want to get pregnant.

‘I turned to her and said me still inside.

She said ”Me can’t afford for this to happen.

”

‘I turned to her and said: ”Me pull out”.

‘I said I had a missus.

I didn’t tell her before.

‘

Buckley said he ejaculated ‘all over her stomach and that area’, and then her ‘whole mood changed’.

The woman pushed Buckley away and went to the bathroom.

‘She was upset with me.

I said I should have told her this before.

‘

She went to the bathroom and got in a bath, Buckley said.

He claimed she said: ‘I could call the police right now and tell them that you raped me.

‘When she said that, I said ”Me no rape you.

Why you have to say such a ting.

That’s the worst thing a woman can say,” Buckley recalled.

He then put his string vest back on, then told the woman he was leaving her Shepherds Bush home.

Buckley left in a cab – and the woman dialled 999 to complain of rape shortly afterwards, the court heard.

The woman claims he raped her twice, thrusting so hard it made in her ovaries ache.

Buckley, of Kilburn, denies two charges of rape in December last year.
