Let-off for Uber driver attacker

A knifeman who brutally assaulted an Uber driver and made off with his Mercedes while serving a suspended sentence for possessing a blade has been was spared jail. Ahmed Albaghdady, 19, punched and kicked Hannan Miha in the face after swiping his phone in central London last 23 October.
