Accused bomb-maker to stand trial in Nottingham

A middle-aged man accused of cooking-up bomb-making ingredients in his back garden will stand trial at Nottingham Crown Court next month. Roger Smith, 46, was allegedly caught with explosives ingredients including hydrochloride acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, peroxide, acetone and isopropanol in October last year.
