Accused bus killer denies murder
An alleged killer accused of stabbing a passenger to death on the top deck of a London bus has denied murder. John Doherty, 38, allegedly knifed Archie Sheppard on the 189 bus in Marylebone in the early hours of 28 April. Mr Sheppard, from Neasden, was found by another passenger when the bus stopped in Gloucester Place, Marylebone, at around 12.10am.
