Accused double killer denies charges

An alleged double killer has denied murdering his partner and her friend. Lee Peacock, 49,is accused of killing Sharon Pickles, 45, between August 16 and 20 last year, and of killing Clinton Ashmore, 59, between August 18 and 21 last year. He appeared at the Old Bailey today (Fri) via video link from HMP Thameside, wearing a grey fleece, and spoke to confirm his name as well as enter his not-guilty pleas.
