Albanian politician’s grandson accused of shooting a man in the leg was living in Cardiff

The grandson of a notorious Albanian politician who fled to Britain after allegedly shooting a man in the leg appeared in court today as he battles extradition. Mikel Hoxha, 31, who until recently was living in Cardiff, is related to the former deputy chief of the right-wing Party for Justice, Integration and Unity (PDIU), Dritan Bici.
