Alleged ‘neighbour from hell’ gets a retrial

A woman accused of waging a hate campaign against her neighbours has been granted a retrial by a judge. Joanne Shreeves, 51, allegedly caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to Trevor Dempsey’s property, including fence, garden flowers and a custom-built potting shed.
