A British arms dealer accused of gun smuggling may escape extradition to the United States after ‘extraordinary’ delays in the case dating back 14 years. Public school educated Guy Savage, 56, who allegedly once called himself the ‘Lord of War’, was arrested near his £800,000 suburban home on 8 February 2011.
