Bag thief preyed on David Davis at Kings Cross

A ‘professional thief’ targeted senior Conservative MP Sir David Davis in a £15,000 crime spree, a court heard. Abderrahim Mamma, 28, allegedly swiped a bag from Sir David, 76, at King’s Cross Station on 4 November last year. Sir Davis was the Secretary of State for Brexit from 2016 to 2018, and is the MP for Goole and Pocklington in Yorkshire. Mamma is charged with six further counts of theft involving bags and phones between February 2024 and January 2025….
