Pot farmer walks free after he claims he set up farm to treat his mum’s sore neck

A cannabis farmer who claimed he was growing 58 different strains of powerful skunk weed to treat his mother’s neck pain has walked free from court. Clem Chan, 59, said his mother was desperately in need of the cannabis oil he harvested to soothe her fibromyalgia, which often causes soreness in the back and neck.
