BBC pensioner says abuse is imaginary

A former BBC employee accused of repeatedly groping a colleague and asking her for sex during a work trip repeatedly told a court today: ‘It didn’t happen.’ Geoffrey Wheeler, 71, indecently assaulted the woman at Open University studios in Milton Keynes, Bucks and in his car as a ‘matter of routine’ in the early 80s, it is claimed. He allegedly pushed his groin into her bottom, rubbed her shoulders and tried to touch her breasts on ‘at least ten occasions’….
