BROWNE: IRISHMAN JAILED FOR ANTI-ENGLISH RANT

An Irishman who screamed anti-English abuse at officers before pressing his bare buttocks against the window of a police van has been jailed for 12 weeks. Paul Browne, 36, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after setting fire to litter outside Sainsbury’s in Ladbroke Grove under the West Way flyover.
