Builder filmed woman dancing in bar

A Polish builder filmed up a woman’s skirt as she danced in a West End bar, a court heard. Wojciech Brezewinski, 40, used his phone to film under the victim’s clothes at ‘Be at One’ in Piccadilly Circus.
