Businessmen deny ‘diamond investment scam’

  Three businessmen today (mon) denied plotting to defraud the taxman in a £400,000 diamond investment scam. Martin Ball, 29, Aaron Fay, 30, and Sudir Kundhi allegedly marketed and sold diamonds for inflated prices between September 2013 and June 2014. The trio are said to have acted in joint enterprise in a conspiracy to defraud HM Revenue and Customs.
