‘Businessmen sold Russian figher jets and tanks to war-town countries’

Two businessmen sold arms, including Russian MiG fighter jets, missiles, assault rifles and battle tanks to warn-torn countries across Africa and the Middle East, a court heard. Aviation expert David Greenhalgh, 68, and Greek corporate financier Christos Farmakis, 48, obtained weaponry from former communist countries such as Bulgaria, Ukraine and Belarus, jurors heard.
