Capybaras died in agony
A dozen Capybaras died of thirst in their cramped cages after they were left without water in the hold of a Spanish jet for more than two days. The mammals were among 20 animals who were being flown across the world from Lima, Peru, to Beijing via Madrid and Heathrow by the Iberia airline.
