Care home boss took £2.3k from elderly man

A care home supervisor stole £2,300 from an elderly resident after persuading him to give her his card and pin number, a court heard. Kathleen Wood, 52, withdrew the money from various cash machines across east London in April last year while Vincent Bolger, 68, was ill in hospital, jurors were told.
