Celebrity curry house was at centre of massive VAT scam

  An Indian restaurant favoured by TV chef Delia Smith and a string of celebrities was at the centre of a massive VAT scam, a court heard. Curry house Memsaheb on Thames, which has views overlooking the O2, was described by Delia as her favourite Indian restaurant in 2008.
