Child snatcher ‘can’t remember’

A loner battered a mother when she refused to hand over her child to him, a court heard, Luke Bowyer, 34, appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court accused of attacking two strangers in front of a child he claimed was his. Bowyer allegedly assaulted Dawn Donohoe and Simon Rowely on Ramsden Road, Balham on May 12.
