Conditional discharge after traffic warden brawl

An Orthodox Jew who punched a traffic warden after he ticketed his brother’s gold Lexus has been let off with a conditional discharge. Marvin Pond, 32, was surrounded by 20 men after he left the ticket on Mordechai Freidman’s car in Hackney, Stratford Magistrates’ Court heard.
