Death motorist was Brazilian driving instructor

  A former driving instructor who ran over and killed an upholsterer when he popped out to buy a pint of milk was spared jail today. Brazil-born Maisa Domingues, 36, failed to look out for pedestrians and hit 55-year-old Stephen Law as she drove to work in her black Ford Galaxy people carrier.
