The death of a disgraced detective’s wife in a Barbados hotel room should have been investigated as a potential murder, a coroner has found. Rebekah Arter, 47, was with her husband Warren Arter, 54, when she was found lying dead and covered in blood at the Ocean Two hotel in Bridgetown.
