Nurse ‘sent letters containing powder to this peer at House of Lords’

A retired radiology nurse tried to send two letters containing white powder to the House of Lords urging peers to support the assisted dying bill, a court heard. Chek Min-Ong, 74, addressed the mail to Lord Sandhurst and Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen, on 11 October 2021, when his partner was seriously ill after suffering a stroke, jurors heard.
