Drinker ate takeaway off police car bonnet

A drinker who ripped a wing mirror off a police car after eating his takeaway from the bonnet has escaped with a fine. The car was parked outside Bishopsate police staion when Adam Bachir-Belmehdi, 21, decided to have some fun at the expense of City of London Police.
