Driver cleared of trying to kill gun wielding scooter rider

A driver accused of ploughing into a scooter rider who had just waved a gun at his friends was cleared of attempted murder after insisting he feared for his life. Kai Jackson-Kwantreng, 20, was at a Shell petrol station on Green Lanes, north London, along with friends in a Range Rover when the un-named rider pulled up and began to threaten them with a firearm.
