Driver denies causing death of pensioner in tragic collision

A driver denied causing the death of a 74-year-old pedestrian in a tragic road collision today (weds). Dean Scripps, 29, was driving a red Ford Focus when he allegedly hit Roger Jones on Malden Road, North Cheam on 30 January 2019. Mr Jones, who lived nearby, died at the scene.
