Driver denies killing ‘battle of the bands’ barrister

A Porsche driver today denied mowing down and killing a barrister after he left a charity ‘battle-of-the bands’ event. David Batcup, 64, was hit by a white Porsche 911 driven by 52-year-old Michael Sunnooman as he crossed a road in Balham, southwest London, it is said.
