A driver who killed a biker in rush hour traffic and claimed she ‘never saw him’ has been handed a community order. Yvonne Frazer-Browne, 60, knocked Ernest Miller off his motorcycle in Beckenham, south London when the 26-year-old was on his way to work at the Benedict House Nursing Home.
