A driver who attacked vigilante cyclist ‘Cycling Mikey’ and smashed his bicycle when he filmed him using his phone in his van walked free from court. Gavin Kiernan, 47, assaulted Mike Van Erp, 53, better known as YouTuber ‘Cycling Mikey’, on 12 January 2022 at West Carriage Drive near Hyde Park.
