Driver will stand trial for Christmas Day murder of Aidan Chapman

A driver who ploughed into a group of people at more than 60mph will stand trial for murder after one of the pedestrians died from his injuries, a court heard. Anthony Gilheaney, 30, was charged with four counts of attempted murder following the collision in Shaftesbury Avenue, central London, shortly after midnight on 25 December.
