Drugs firm boss could face three decades in jail

A pharmaceutical boss accused of plotting to smuggle vast amounts of fake cancer drugs into the US could face up to 30 years in American prison, a court heard. Narinder Kaulder, 47, allegedly supplied bogus Altuzan to American doctors during a ‘large scale’ smuggling operation between 2009-2012.
