Drunken nurse is struck off

A nurse who came to work late drunk and stinking of booze has been banned from the professon, Lyn Brown arrived late and slurring her words while working at Whiston Hospital in Prescot, near Liverpool. Brown then failed to cooperate with an investigation into her actions, the Nursing and Midwifery Council heard.
