Eco zealots face trial for Tower Bridge protest
Four Extinction Rebellion protestors who closed Tower Bridge will face trial next year. Two activists unfurled banners stating ‘End Fossil Fuel Now’ while two others abseiled off the sides of the bridge at the London landmark on 8 April. Tower bridge was closed causing long queues and delays for members of the public.
